I promote the democratization of women's empowerment from different initiatives:

I am an expert advisor to UN Women to promote the Principles of Economic Empowerment of Women in the world of work. From 2018 to the present, I have accompanied the action plans of 50 leading companies, including: Loreal, Globant, SAP, Aerolineas Argentinas, Natura, Farmacity, Manpower, Arredo, Farmacity, Arbusta, Syngenta, Scania, Insud, Pernod Ricard, Diageo and Sanofi.

I advised Airbnb in its strategy to promote the economic autonomy of women entrepreneurs in Colombia together with the Javeriana University.

I facilitated workshops to promote the gender approach in the communication of the newsroom of the newspaper La NACIÓN.

I facilitated a talk to River Plate about "Sports women. The impact of COVID-19 and opportunities from the clubs."

Loreal, Pernod Ricard and Insud are some of the companies that trusted me to give talks on biases, gender stereotypes, care and co-responsibility aimed at senior management, human resources areas and staff in general.

As part of the Companies that Care initiative of UNICEF and the Latin American Justice and Gender Team (ELA), I am conducting research on care practices and policies in small and medium-sized companies in Argentina. The objective is to identify possible obstacles and offer recommendations to promote the reconciliation of work and family life in SMEs.
