Who I am?
Hi there! I am Mariana and I work with a firm purpose: to help build a more egalitarian and autonomous world for women and girls.
I have a degree in Political Science, specialized in gender policies and women's empowerment.
I am passionate about all the tools that generate empowerment and I am even more fascinated by being able to democratize them.
I design strategies, give talks, and create content to drive cultural transformation and rise to the heights of the era of equality. We can't afford to leave anyone behind!
I am Patagonian and the mother of Ulises to whom I would like to be able to leave a more egalitarian world.
If this resonates with you, let's talk!

Know my trajectory

I have a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires, with a postgraduate degree in management of non-profit organizations from the University of San Andrés.
I worked in the design of programs and policies for the economic empowerment of women and girls and developed international cooperation projects for the Organization of American States (OAS) and for NGOs specialized in childhood and adolescence in Latin America.
Currently I advise UN Women for the Win-Win Program, gender equality is a good business where I accompany the diversity plan of 50 market leading companies.
I led the Vital Voices Global Partnership Chapter for Argentina and the Southern Cone where I contributed to creating a pioneering network of women leaders from the business, government and entrepreneurial sectors. Under this role I led all the processes that are part of the growth of a CSO, developing strategic alliances, Mentoring Programs, international conferences and the first Women Tech Camp for entrepreneurs held in Argentina.

I participated as a speaker in international conferences such as the International Book Fair in Argentina (2019), the International Mentoring Congress held in Spain (2016), the initiative of Vital Voices Global Partnership to end violence against women in Mexico (2015 ) and in Brasilia (2013).
I was selected in 2011 by Exxonmobil to represent Argentina in Global Women in Management, a training program for women leaders with 26 women from around the world in Washington DC.
I trained in programs to increase the economic autonomy of women, including the VVLEAD Program of Vital Voices Global Partnership in South Africa and the course on international cooperation for development at the Complutense University of Madrid.
